Reschedule & refund policy
Reschedule: free of charge if requested by the end of the day before your scheduled slot.
After that cutoff, and for no-shows: the booking is forfeited — no refund and no reschedule.
Refunds are otherwise available only if: our payment system fails and money is deducted from your account, or a technical failure on our end prevents the consultation from happening at all.
